HOW TO BOOK

 When booking a lesson, hack or course, you can do this by either telephone, email or by text message.

If you require a weekday a min of 2days notice is needed to guarantee a space and if you wish to ride on the weekend a min of 5days is required to guarantee a space.

Group lessons run every day and times depend on your ability. If you want a private lesson they run throughout the week and afternoons on the weekends if spaces are available.

When booking you will be required to give the following information when booking a lesson, hack, course etc...

·         Riders name

·         Age

 ·         Height & Weight

·         Ability of Rider

·         Contact Number

·         Any other additional information (i.e. illness, disabilities etc...)

We have hats that you can hire for children on the lead rein only for £2.00

Body protectors are now compulsery for children under 16yrs of age and can be hired for £5.00

Please note if you want to jump, a body protector is compulsory and a 1hr slot is required.

When booking a hack a 15min assessment lesson is required.

You will be required to fill out a form prior to your first lesson.

Payment methods: Cash or Card

Please note you will be required to give 24hrs notice on the cancellation of all lessons, hacks, courses etc... or the full fee be will charged.Rides and lessons carry on in most weathers. If in doubt, please ring and check. 
Regrettably there is no exception for illness.
Cancellations will only be accepted by telephone not email or text message.

Type of clothing to be worn:

Ideally you will need your own hat, jodphurs, riding boots, gloves, whip and long sleeved tops.
Waterproof clothing should be brought just in case.

If you do not have your own hat then you can hire one from us for £1.00.
If you do not have riding boots or jodphurs then a shoe with a small heel or wellies can be worn, not trainers! Any type of long trousers can be worn but not jeans.
Long sleeve tops and gloves must be worn all year round! 
Whips can be borrowed if needed 
Waterproofs should be brought just in case
