HACKING

Set in the heart of Chipstead Surrey, we have fantastic hacking through local fields, bridle paths and golf courses and for our longer hacks we venture around the surrounding areas such as: Banstead, Walton-on-the-hill, Epsom and many other areas.

  
So whether you enjoy a slow or fast ride around the local fields or a long hack then we can offer the best that will suit you.

We cater for all ages and abilities and offer one or two hour hacks or all day rides. 
Hacks are running seven days a week and are a great experience for riders of all ages.

We offer shorter lead rein hacks for younger children who have not ridden before, on a shorter hack you will be taught how to hold your reins, steer and the basic position.

If never experience a hack before or you have not ridden with us you will be require to have a 15 minute assessment lesson before going out on a hack.

This is a rough guide of times so please ring to book a time that suits you.

Monday-Friday10am-1pm (1hr-2hr rides)

Saturday-Sunday 10.30-3pm (1hr-2hr rides)

All day rides can be booked on request (min 4 people for ride to go ahead)

Riders must be able to walk and trot competently.(min age 7 yrs to hack without a leader)

1/2hr lead hack    £16.00

 1hr hack               £27.00

1 1/2hr hack        £38.00

2hr hack               £50.00

All day rides         £100.00

Hat & Body Protector Hire is availiable, for regular hackers you will be required to buy your own hat & body protectors.

Type of clothing to be worn:

Ideally you will need your own hat, jodphurs, riding boots, gloves, whip and long sleeved tops.
Waterproof clothing should be brought just in case.

If you do not have your own hat then you can hire one from us for £1.00.
If you do not have riding boots or jodphurs then a shoe with a small heel or wellies can be worn, not trainers! Any type of long trousers can be worn but not jeans.
Long sleeve tops and gloves must be worn all year round! 
Whips can be borrowed if needed 
Waterproofs should be brought just in case
